For more than 15 years I worked in the intensive care unit of a major university hospital. I then left there to take a position as nurse manager in an emergency department of a community hospital where I stayed for more than 10 years. In recent years, I have managed a geriatric/internal medicine practice, been a medical reviewer for Medicare, and became (and still am) a visiting nurse. This amazing job touches all the reasons I went into nursing!

Just wanted to give you a heads up that Johnson & Johnson has added a new video to its YouTube channel that pays tribute to nurses. The channel also has a playlist of 10 videos dedicated to nurses.

I thought you might be interested in checking it out: http://www.youtube.com/user/JNJhealth

Thanks Gil for sharing this link. How thrilling it was for me to see these videos! I was particulary pleased to see that there was on visiting nurses.
      Thanks again!
